Normally rabbits will be ready for breeding at 7 months. And the consecutive breeding will successful for as long as the female meets the male rabbit

Using a splint can really be helpful.. Tie the broken leg in position and wait for about a week. If the goat grazes with the rest of the flock, you might have to isolate it and give it feeds while you observe it.
