    My cow died after giving birth but the calf stayed alive. I need to know what i should give my calf for it to grow very well.

    Sorry about your loss. I would advice you seek help from the Veterinary doctor.

    If you have other lactating calves, your can use the cows milk for feed this orphaned calf. It will grow well too.

    You can prepare artificial colostrum, the following ingredients are used: an egg, half litre of fresh warm water, half litre whole milk, one teaspoonful of castor oil and similar amount of cod liver oil. Then mix thoroughly. It is healthy and a very good alternative for colostrum
